PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE:

To continue to develop my business providing consulting and financing assistance to volunteer, combined and paid fire/EMS departments and municipalities.  To find profitable, interesting and integrated applications of my varied and extensive skills and experiences. To find an organization with whom I can continue to grow, who needs and would greatly benefit by acquiring a multi-skilled manager, team player, leader and developer.

LATEST PROJECTS:

VFD-Funding Group - Semi-retired in 2005, after selling other businesses and relocating back to the greater Pittsburgh, PA area from Nashville, TN.  Wrote numerous grants for volunteer fire departments, as I have done now for decades.  Acquired, developed, published and manage VFD-Funding.com Municipal-Funding.com and Used-Firetrucks.com to assist fire/EMS departments and communities in obtaining the financing necessary to acquire apparatus, equipment, training, schools and infrastructure projects.  Selling fire apparatus and equipment on-line, while obtaining financing through grants, low-interest loans, tax exempt leasing agreements and other sources.  Venture has grown to twelve (12) web sites.

Complete list of the high profile, high search engine ranking and high visitor traffic volume web sites in this cluster include:

VFD-Funding.com VFD-EMS.com Tanker-Pumper.com Firefighting-Supplies.com
  VFD-Financing.com Volunteer-Firefighter.com Used-Ambulance.com Municipal-Funding.com
VFD-Resources.com Used-Firetrucks.com Firefighting-Equipment.biz Lease-Program.com

On-line Order Group - As the owner and developer of this web site, restarted in June 2006, performed all necessary functions to establish this site as a tandem development to Order-Parts.com, which is currently under development.  Identifying and aligning many top level and branded names and companies to form affiliations and strategic alliances.  Also in this cluster of web sites are: OrderingRx.com and Discount-Drugs-USA.com

Tropical-Fish/Pets Group - Restarted in in May 2005.  Purchased Pet-Shops.biz n July 2006, to become the hub for my on-line tropical-fish and pre-existing pets cluster of web sites, which currently include:

Pet-Shops.biz Aquarium-Club.com Tropical-Fish-Net.com 4Tropical-Fish.com BettaBreeders.com
PETSeMart.com Aquarium-Fish.biz Rare-Tropicalfish.com Aquariums-Info.com GuppyBreeder.com

This has translated into six (6) on-line aquarium pet shops selling the full range of aquarium supplies and both freshwater and saltwater/marine tropical fish.  This expanded to seven (7) on-line pet shops with the full range of pet products (including dog, cat, bird and other pet supplies) with the acquisition of Pet-Shops.biz.  A full line of private label aquarium supplies, "Aquarium-Club" brand, is under development which will be sold in all PETsMART, Petco and Walmart stores.

Recording Artist and Songwriting - Performing the National Anthem at sporting and racing events and other personal appearances/performances around the USA.  Performing studio work from my home studio as files are sent to me from various studios as e-mail attachments, where after I perform my instrument parts, I send these completed works back to the originating studios. Creating publishing demos of songs written over a 30 year period, while also continuing to write and record new material.

Also with willgriffin.net, will-griffin.com and order-supplies.com has three (3) full-line music stores selling many type and price ranges of guitars, bass, piano/keyboards, harmonicas, violins, dobros, amplifiers, effects gear, strings, home recording equipment and every other form of musical instrument and gear necessary to equip beginning and accomplished professional musicians.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

International-Staffing.com - In May, 2001, purchased the remaining interest in international recruiting interest from Intellectual-Assets Inc. of Atlanta, GA.  Also obtained International-Staffing.net to use these sites to supplement and expand the recruiting of the Griffin Group for senior administrative, technical and technical management staff.  Developing many strategic alliances with high quality and high profile staffing companies.  Company was sold in 2004.

Desktop-Radio Group - Beginning in June, 2000, as the owner of the domain name & web site, using pragmatic business practices and proprietary methodologies; developed and marketed this on-line premier radio stations guide.  Added many features and functions, including artist information, local scene news and a shopping mall with over 200 merchant affiliates..  Site has prospered, even in its infancy, albeit many other dot-com companies, well staffed and financed with millions of dollars of investment capital, have gone bankrupt in a shake up/shake out economic environment.  desktop-radio ranks in the top five (5) for most of the major search engines.

Performed all functions to birth Desktop-radio, from conception, coding, identifying and engaging affiliates and strategic alliances, customer service, and all marketing.  This site, as of December, 2000 was receiving over 50,000 hits a month, with weekly traffic consistently increasing in its first six (6) months.  In May, 2001, after migrating to our own web hosting server to increase our capacities, http://international-radio.net and http://independent-artists.com (.net) were added to the music/radio/entertainment cluster for synergy and additional market share.  In July, 2001 added http://radio-broadcasts.com to the cluster of sites associated with Desktop-radio and began entering into many strategic alliances for marketing, content, and technical support.  Web sites were sold in 2004.

Intellectual-Assets.com, Inc.  As the senior administrative consultant, developed and designed the business plan, drafted all legal contracts, created marketing materials, secured thousands of top level generic domain names inventory, assisted in the development & testing of new products/services, and tested proprietary methodologies for this Atlanta, Georgia corporation.  Skills usage of focus included: management, analysis, legal industry expertise, e-commerce, marketing, research, html and Java programming, MS Office programming, teaching & training, and a heavy emphasis on a wide range of oral & writing skills.  E-commerce client industries for this company included: finance, mortgage, real estate, legal, political, food & beverage, tropical-fish/pets, and entertainment.   Business was sold December, 2004.

Professional Volunteer Gore-Lieberman 2000: Provided information and assistance to the research, on-line campaign, and volunteer coordination departments for the national headquarters of the presidential campaign in Nashville, with both physical and on-line participations.  Related, but separately, performed testing and other critique for the online campaign management, including fundraising, software package of Phil Noble's Politics On-Line practice that became the standard in political campaigns from President of the United States to city counsel races.

Griffin Group of Nashville, Tennessee was formed in 1994 to continue client services and to serve as a blind trust per my then written notice of a potential President Clinton appointment.  The company also served as an organizational shell for a team of researchers and computer specialists, to continue to service clients and provide law enforcement with information in a very complex fraud and corruption case, including substantial tax fraud.  To avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest, I was compelled by propriety to decline the appointment, because my team's efforts involved the federal government, where the government’s prosecution may have then created an appearance of impropriety or a conflict of interest with my service in the Executive Branch.

The Griffin Group and its associates continues to serve clients with their IT needs, from installations to disaster recovery planning.  As a consumer protection oriented organization and because of the computer expertise of it’s members, the Griffin Group also expanded it’s scope and efforts to include the Year 2000 "Millennium Bug" issue. The Griffin Group has been very active and successful in advising and admonishing President Clinton, other officials and congressional members (both political parties) per the many effects and challenges of the "Millennium Bug" and other issues having a major impact on public policy.   The Griffin Group continues to provide the highest caliber of professional services to their clients and strategic alliances.
